Will you return my calls and emails?
Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents, and I too, share this frustration. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.
Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?
Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing.
These are "strong suits" of mine:
-Working with other agents to get what you want and need.
-Showing you houses until you are satisfied, never rushed
-Making you feel confident in your choice. After all, it's your new home!

What kind of work are you good at?
On a personal level, I'm not too shabby at gardening (I've been told I have a green thumb, 57 house plants, it's becoming a problem).
On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I've developed over time:
-Listening. Unfortunately, it's a lost art these days, and as a mother- I have mastered it...
-Paperwork. Thank goodness for planners and technology!
-Being on time. I hate waiting and I don't expect you to!
